VIOLENCE ON TV by JESSICA

I believe that violence on TV shows a strong reality that we live day to day. I disagree with the programs in family time because they show strong scenes that children could see. They can’t make a difference between reality and fiction so it can be dangerous.

The people with a mental disorder are also affected because they may imitate what they see and hurt, attack or even kill someone.

Rambo vs. Saw

Denisse,Ramon:

We think that movies have become more violent because the people want more action in their life. For example if we compare Rambo, that is a movie of my father’s time and Saw; it´s very different and very violent for graphics effects.
Children are more likely to imitate the behavior of movies characters.
We think violence in other media it’s lower than in the movies, except the comics and some video games.

TOO VIOLENT?? WHAT DO I THINK??

Sonia y Enrique:

I think movies have become more violent in the last years.
I feel the movies aren´t the same since I was a little child.
I don’t think everybody imitates what they watch in the movies that could be true in persons with mental disorders.
I agree with people who think- it’s important to respect the classifications and keep children away from seeing or playing violent movies or videogames, it’s a job for the parents!
