The most interesting city I’ve ever visited is Toledo, Spain. My friend and I took o tour of the city in a little train called Zocotren and the tour guide told us ancient legends about Muslims and Christians. There was a legend about any bridge, building or street in the city. El Greco was born in Toledo, so we visited Museo del Greco and the beautiful Cathedral. I bought some souvenirs for my family, and we ate a kind of pastry called mazapan.

ReplyDeleteI've visited Jalapa, Veracruz. I went 1 year ago. I went with my girlfriend and with my friends. We went to participate in a contest of Rondallas. The trip was wonderful because we spent a lot of things, the bus broke down to halfway, we arrived late to the contest but we enjoy it. The weather was the best, at night there was mist!! It did an amazing night.
ReplyDeleteOne of my great experiences was when my girlfriend Miriam and i were in Monterrey, NL, the last summer. We´ve been only once but it was wonderful. We went a week to participate in a congress of shock and trauma at Tecnologico de Monterrey, and of course to enjoy all the city. The "Regios" are the friendliest people than I've met of other states.

ReplyDeleteI´ve visited Oaxaca. I went two years ago. We were five days in a hotel. My family and I went sightseeing for the whole city. We took pictures of the Cathedral,of the downtown, monumentos and of many more. I tried "mole oaxaqueño", this is very spicy but delicious. The weather was hot and the city was fantastic!!!!

I flew from Puebla to Tijuana then i traveled by car from tijuana to L.A. it was an adventure trip i went to visit my family i went to the museum i bought lost of clothes an a pair of shoes they were cheaper than here in Mexico. ReplyDeleteWell, I think that one of the most beautiful cities that I've visited is Lyon, that's a little city of France, I went there on an student exchange with my friends three years ago, that's a wonderful and amazing city, the people in there is really kind and friendly. I arrived to Lyon after 14 hours of flight because we made an escale in Canada, anyway, once in there and after a little rest we took a tour around the city and we could see all the ancient monuments and the buildings like churches and those kind of things that show its achitectural beauty, then we went to the "lycee" that's how french people call to the highschool, there we met our partners. Everyday we went to a little coffeeshop where I drank "cafe au lait", because the weather was very cold and ate "croissants", but for dinner I tried a kind of soup called "la bouillabaisse" and also regionals products like cheese and red wine . After two weeks I had to say goodbay to Lyon, but before I bought lots of souvenirs for my friends and my family I then I took the flight that brought me back home.

I went Oaxaca 2 years ago, there I visited Monte Albán and the museum. It’s was really beautiful, I tooke pictures of the pyramids and I bought souvernirs for my family. Also I visited the Tule tree, it was so interesting because is on of the most representative popular icons in Oaxaca.

ReplyDeleteThe last year I visited it with my family, and We were 1 weekend in a small hotel. This was comfortable, beautiful and this hotel was the cheapest place that I have visited
Chiapas is a state very big and people are very friendly . The first day I went to the cañon del sumidero , it was very pretty but I could not take pictures because the weather was cloudy .
The second day we went to lacandona jungle, there was vegetation like mahogany, red cedar, pine and bari, and animals like jaguar and ocelote.
After we went to the restaurant and the menu included fried iguanas, turtle soup and chanfaina style Soconusco, but I decided not to eat those dishes and finally I bought a torta.
The last day we toured the ruins of palenque and we loved it!... So when you travel I recommend you to visit chiapas :D

My name's Karen and two years ago my family decided to do a little travel to Mexico city to visit different places in the downtown. it was really enjoyable because I haven't gone there before. the weather was horrible and we was thinked also went to a watering place. so, we only visited The Zocalo and return to Puebla the same day but I could be happy with my family in the bus when we was singing and playing.

I liked the lakes colon cascades Aguazul, gun sink and archaeological sites.The place that was Sesecapa my favorite, because to have river was pleasant swum because it is hot, i knew the train; the people are very humble, friendly, unity.

Chiapanecos has a tradition that if you take posol and if you give a man is sure to with married insurance with chiapaneco.
What i do not liked it hot, there are no mosquitoes in home can sleep well, not eaten peaks and cheese that annexed it tastes very unpleasant.
Hi!!!!! I´m Zuko, I love to travel, I visited Querétaro one year ago, I travel with my parents. The city is very beautiful and very clean, the climate was very warm, I visited the Theater of the city it´s beautiful. I Walked in the zocalo with my family also buy some handicrafts. ReplyDeleteI visited Acapulco for a weekend, but in another time we visited this place so we were angry for many problems and the travel results very uncomfortable, but only one vacations was the best, I liked this travel was been very exiting, the story started with my family and the ban we were been hosted in the hotel called “NH” and had good looking; well, somehow the weather changed and the sea was dangerous to swimming, the history didn´t finish in that moment, because my family and obviously me, We only swam on the pool, wherever, at the end the ambient was very fantastic and wonderful, then we ate a steam-fish maybe it´s simple but it was my best travel with my family.
I went to San Jose, California one year ago. I visited Angel, my boyfriend (exboyfriend, now). His father, Miguel, has worked in Sanjo for 7 years or more, I don’t remember very well, LOL. Later, his family and Angel had to go there, 2. :(
ReplyDeleteI stayed at San Jose Fairmont Hotel just four nights. His mom cooked many dishes (Mexican food, LOL), yummy, she is a very good cooker.
A friend told me that in Sanjo there is a kind of train but I didn’t see it.
They tooke me to Hillview Park that weekend, wow, what a beautiful park!! There was a lake or something like that.
The warmest month of the year is July and I went in that month, d’oh! My friend Yako (Angel’s cousin) invited me to Shoreline Amphitheatre (an outdoor amphitheater) in Mountain View, but when we wanted to go, there was no events, what a shame!!!! Next time…
His family loves me, his “gurlz n boyz” love me, 2. By the way, I went on his birthday and he paid my tickets, the hotel, everything, hehe. They are inviting me once more to Sanjo, I hope go back as soon as I get enough money.
In Sanjo, there are sophisticated wine bars and I do love wine, I wanna go to The San Jose Wine Center for J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines the next time.

ReplyDeleteLately I have not traveled, before traveled more often to some states in the country as Guanajuato, Guerrero,..., but i was very small and now only remember the trips to Mexico because we are the most recent and the truth does not very well say, I do not like pollucion, bad habits of people and traffic,only thing was good to see my family.

I like Chiapas because it is a state with much nature, has tourist places of great importance as he is Palenque, the sumidero, the National Park Lagoons of Montebello, Lagos de Colon, Museum of Art Hermila Dominguez, Church of Santo Domingo, Tenam Bridge, the Church of San Caralampio, Spa " The Rejoyita" but also I liked the typical food of the state like the Chanfainade lamb, inserted of meat, chinculguaje (stuffed tortilla of kidney bean, coriander and Chile), patitas of pig to the vinagreta, mondongo and the more delicious drinks , jocuatol and the water of tzilacallote, the desserts that I ate , the tablets of peanut and the chimbos for me they was the best.I do not know , what do you think about the chiapas ?
but for me, the Chiapas state it is better place to spend good, exciting and pleasant vacations.

ReplyDeleteI liked because the climate was warm, I ate fish, soda, coco, ostion, octopus, I visited the aquarium , saw fishes exoticos, turtle, last day My family and I went to beach , the water was very cold, the only bad was the water was dirty because in that place was much people.
We ate delicious food in the restaurant most famous, finally we bought gifts for my family, friends and boyfriend to Puebla.

in this trip we visited an artisan shop and a restaurant where we ate a delicious saucer of fish and a fantastic beverage.It´s a famous dish.

I went to Villahermosa, Tabasco with my family ten yaers ago. We all together visited the archaeological zone "La Venta", the zoo and the downtown of the city, we took a lot of pictures and ate the biggest crayfish that I've eaten in my life. After that we crossed the river by "The Panga". It was like a big boat,we took many pictures there too, also there were many reservoirs with little lizards and sea sneaks. The next day we went to the beach and spent all day in there so we really got fun and kept eating seafood and we took an insane sunbath because we forgot the sunblock but anyway it was great! :D

ReplyDeleteI went to Veracruz with my cousins, Oscar and Alfredo, the last summer. We visited the aquarium, the beach, the downtown of the city and one bar.
ReplyDeleteThe first day, we ate shrimps, after we swam in the sea for 4 hours and then we went to the hotel. In the hotel, we swam in the pool all night.
The next day we went to the aquarium and we saw one shark and one whale. We took a lot of pictures. Then we went to a bar, in this place we drank many beers and watched TV, because the Mexican selection was playing against USA.
The last day we were swimming and playing in the beach all day, because the weather was nice. In the downtown of the city, we bought shoes, clothes and some souvenirs. We haven’t been together in that place.

My girlfriend and I took a lot of pictures of the beach, of the architecture, after that we tried "cabrito al pastor" there is very spicy food but it´s also delicious.
At night we go to dance and we finished in a hotel room very cheap because we don´t have any money.

ReplyDeleteI went visited Jalapa the last year in the summer, I traveled with my two sister,brother and parents, we saw the park "los lagos" this place is beatiful because you can make activity for example: dance, run, and walk in the night. the food isn´t tradicional is common.
The weather is hot but is nice, I like me. For the night performed public events, concert, dance competitions and other events. Jalapa is really a place funny.

1 year ago travels to the city of Madrid Epaña it is a big city his(her,your) people are very nice the food is delicious and many places exist to visit as museums theatres and you operate on the hotel where I lodge it(he) was placed in the downtown and was surrounded with parks and very ancient buildings. The climate of madrid is very hot.
ReplyDeletehalf years ago my visit Taxco Guerrero. I found a beautiful place. On the way to Taxco, I realized that there is a beautiful landscape. Taxco is a place where a lot of silver sold, homes are built in what would be a hill and although for me it would be somewhat rare and dangerous for them is quite normal. there is also a rocky mountain which descends in a waterfall.

I went to Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua five years ago. Ciudad Juárez is a beautiful city for visit. The weather is very hot, the people is friendly,My aunt Patricia and I visited the churches and the famous “PARQUE EXTREMO” is wonderful, I bought souvenirs for my friends and my family, these city is great, but is some dangerous because have problems of crime organice,stole, trafic guns, etc.

Hello, I am Guadalupe Juarez Castro, the last time I`ve travel was to the city of Merida, I went with my family, my husband and children, the people there is so kind, a big part of them have names from Maya’s culture, they are so relaxed. The typical food is the cochinita pibil and panuchos perhaps the fish is also so delicious. The weather is sunny and very hot. The place that I visit the most was the progreso beach, the zocalo and the souvenirs plaza, where I bought some souvenirs to my friends; I also visited the archaeological temples Chichen Itza and Dsibilchatun. For me it is a beautiful place to visit.

ReplyDeleteWe went to San Francisco City. In this place we walked by Chinatown and I took many pictures to the build, Chinese people, statue, etc. and I bough a lot of souvenirs. Then I visited Alcatraz’ Island. This place is very similar to San Juan De Ulua. So we arrive to Island big boat. And we took a tour and I could take many pictures. Then the big boat we arrived to the Golden Gate and in this place we took pictures. By the nigh we was at the viewer. It was wonderful.
Other place that we visited was “Monterey Aquarium”. In this place I took starfish and I saw jellyfish. Also we were at Carmen’s Beach. It is very cold so I couldn`t swim.
The last day we went to American Great, This is an amusement park. It is bigger that Six Flags.
This trip was sensational.

Hi guys!! my name is Beatriz. I went to San Luis Potosi, in the last vacation, i went with my sister Edith to visit our sister Margarita, who works in the hospital of the city. The weather is very hot so that all people prefer to leave the streets at night, the traditional dish of the city are "Bocoles". We were in San Luis only a week, the only fun in the city is the fair, the first night we arrived we went with friends of my sister and her boyfriend to the fair, everyone rodes to all plays mechanical except me because I have fear to these machines, all the weeks ate pizza and ice cream, the way back more than ten hours. San Luis is a very interesting and fun, but have the worst weather; if you have the opportunity to go ¡¡¡enjoy!!!!

ReplyDeleteThe most beatiful and interesting city that I've been is Köln (or Colonia in Spanish) in Germany. I went with some friends in 2006 to watch to the Pope in the "World Youth Day", in this city. After to go with the Pope we visit the Köln Cathedral. It's beatiful, is a black and Gothic style Cathedral. In this Cathedral it's the rests to The Three Wish Men in a golden urn.
In this city we ate big sausage with bread and chocolat brownies. The people is very friendly but some people is racist yet.
I visited Cancun is a very beautiful city, is long, I met beach, maybe one of the best pleace for relaxing and funny with the family, the people is very friendly. The clime is very hot, and you have to use ligery clot, I swim in the beach of "islas mujeres". I met vey much turist. The food is delicius and hot.

The movie INNOCENT VOICES is beautifful and interesting. The history is real and touching. Chava was a national hero for all that lived.

The death of thousands of innocents was never clarified. The goverment should clarify these deaths.
A peaceful world is a happy world.
INNOCENT VOICES: this movie is based on the real life and it show us the situation of a country in time of war, the movie looks so cruel but that´s how people lived at that time, in my opinion the movie show some aspects, for example the impact that war have on people that live it, the fight for the rights of people, the love of a mother to her children and all of the situations that they suffer to survive. In fact, the movie for me was and sad.

ReplyDeleteI’m going to talk about rudo and cursi, i like this movie because I like so much the soccer and talk about a brother that live in a town and they love the soccer and they want to be a professional soccer players, then one guy goes to the town and he knows to rudo and cursi, that is his nicks name, and he saw that this brother play soccer so good so he invited to the city to play soccer in a famous team, but the bream of cursi is to be a singer so he talk with the guy and he help him.
Well in general i think that this movie is so good and have so good actors, my favorite part is when gael Garcia sing because I this song likes me so much and then the song become famous and you could see it every time in the tv.
I think that they should make more movies like this because is so good and have good actors. I think than this movie could have another one just to see what happened with rudo and cursi.
I like so much the ricardo’s comment about the movie but I think than it could have a better end, but it doesn’t matter I recommend this movie and I invite them to see it and let a comments about this movie.
